School Inspection
Her Majesty's Inspectors of Schools (HMIS) inspect and publish reports on a wide range of educational establishments, including pre-school centres, nursery, primary, secondary and special schools, further education colleges, teacher education and community education. Inspections monitor how well centres are performing, help to raise standards and improve quality in education.
